Weekly Schedule

Join the Apolla community online every day! We work to deliver wellness classes and education to give everyone the boost of energy they need to conquer the world! We bring on experts in fitness, yoga, dance, nutrition, and more! All of these classes are 15-30 minutes so you can get a tune-up...because we know you are doing it all...24/7...and it is hard to find time for YOU! So we provide these small snippets of support you can join us live when you can. All of our live chats and BTS series are available on our IGTV or Facebook Videos if you want to catch up. However, our live classes are all donation-based to #SupportArtists and are not available unless you join the class live.

We recommend a $5 donation/class/person and you can make the donations at any point in the day via PayPal to info@apollaperformance.com
