In that spirit, we promise to do everything we can to help you get into your perfect fit and style of socks. BEFORE purchase, please reach out to us in one of the many available contact options (Click Here)  so we can guide you to your best fit before you place your order.

However, if on the rare occasion Apolla Socks are not for you, we will first see how we can help get you in a style or size better for you with an exchange. However, if there is not a better option for you? You can send them back and we will issue a full refund your original order. Our returns and exchanges are free! We just want to get you in a pair that you love!

HOW TO START A RETURN/EXCHANGE & IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • You must email Apolla at info@apollaperformance.com to start the exchange or return process.
    • You will get a reply within 3 business days asking some questions to see if we can help with an exchange first, then you will be sent a link to our return portal to get a return label.¬†

  • Refund offer is valid within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • Apolla will require the socks to be shipped back in order to process the refund.
  • Refund will only be applied once the socks have been received at our fulfillment center.
  • Apolla will first try help determine if a different style, fit, or size will meet satisfaction before rushing to a return for refund since we do believe there is an Apolla Shock for everyone.
  • We do provide you with a return shipping label free of charge via a link to download and PRINT.
  • We will ship the exchange pair back free of charge.
  • You can use the original envelope.
  • We ask you to send back the socks with their original packaging or invoice so they can be properly identified.
  • You can use the original bubble mailer we send to you and tape the return label we send you to print on top of the original to ship back.
    • If you throw away the original shipping envelope, you will need to purchase another bubble mailer to ship the socks back to us. However, the label and cost of shipping will be covered by us.¬†

Apolla will return any products due to manufacturing defects and exchange products due to any sizing issue. Items may be exchanged for an item of equal/lesser value. If a product is exchanged for a lesser value, we will refund the difference. If the product is exchanged for a higher value we will send you an invoice to pay the difference.

All refunds (online or in-person) will be issued according to the method of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow 7-15 business days of processing time once Socks have been received to see the refund show on your original form of payment.

Apolla is not responsible for pairs bought at a retailer. Socks must have been purchased from Apolla directly for our Apolla Promise to be honored with the customer.

For those items bought in person (convention/tradeshow), the customer has through the end of that weekend to return/exchange their product. Sales are final at the close of business for that weekend. The product must be unworn to be considered for return/exchange. Items purchased at the convention are available immediately and do not include shipping fees.

We recommend to try on Apolla Socks¬ģ immediately upon receipt to check to size before you exercise or dance in them.

We recommend you watch the How to Wear video if you have a hard time putting them on the first time.

We cannot return or exchange Shocks without knowing the proper size.

For the Alphas and Joules, please make sure to keep the packaging with the proper pair so you can keep track of the size.

Remember, these are compression garments so they are tight.
