Shipping in the USA
Apolla offers courtesy FREE STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON 3 PAIRS OR MORE. If you want your order faster? You will need to pay for USPS Priority Shipping at checkout. Our shipping cost is shipping and handling.
Apolla ships all orders via USPS unless you contact us to place a special order OR if you order more than 14 pairs.
Please email us at info@apollaperformance if you need your order in a faster timeline and/or carrier we will work with you to make that happen. If you need to expedite your order, you will incur a higher shipping per pair cost. All orders that are in stock (for orders of under 15 pairs) will ship within 1 business day of placing your order.
Orders with over 10 pairs and in-stock can take up to 5-7 business days to ship (depending on the size of the order), so please let us know via email (email@example.com) if you have a deadline you need to receive them by so we can make sure to meet that deadline.
Our Standard Shipping is USPS First Class. Depending on your location, your order should arrive between 3-5 business days after shipping during the regular season. You can also pay extra for USPS Priority Shipping which will arrive in 2-3 business days in the Continental US.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships. Please note, once the order enters the shipping process, we cannot make changes to your order. Please make sure to double check your shipping address and that your order is correct before we ship the order to ensure no added delays in getting you your order. Once the order is in the hands of USPS we do not have any control over the package. Once the order leaves our fulfillment center, it is the responsibility of USPS (or carrier). Please always reach out with any questions and we will be happy to troubleshoot common shipping issues to help and make sure you get your socks from your local post office.
The holiday season and weather can cause unforeseen delays.
All taxes/duties and fees to ship outside of the USA are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping fee is SEPARATE than the import and duties. The import fees will be charged to the customer upon arrival to their country directly to your country Customs. This COULD include a ~$30.00 Broker Fee for UPS. We ship to most countries via USPS OR UPS (whichever options is less expensive), however, make sure to look if we have a retailer/stockist in your area/country. All international shipping should expect 2-3 weeks to arrive once shipped. If you wish to have your order faster with a more reliable shipping method, you can pay extra to ensure DHL or UPS. Please email us at email@example.com so we can arrange that shipping. Please make sure you check with your local post office first if there is a long delay. They may be waiting for you to come to pick up your package or pay import fees.
