Why We Made
The Joule Shock

Barefoot Preference, Enhanced Protection

The Joule Shock open and toe compression sleeve is the perfect sock for dancers who prefer to dance barefoot, but still want the support and protection they need to prevent injuries. Its targeted compression providing patented arch support and ankle support help to reduce inflammation, the leading cause of dancer injuries, and mitigate the risk of plantar fasciitis and other stress-induced ailments.

Add Arch & Ankle Support to Any Dance Shoe

Crafted in collaboration with the principal dancers of Boston Ballet, the plantar fasciitis sleeve slips into or over jazz, ballet and pointe shoes, La Duca's, or any dance footwear, providing support while upholding the traditions and aesthetics of dance. The Joule's patented design is what sets it apart from other plantar fasciitis sleeves, ankle braces or supports. The Joule is made with a nylon and spandex material that provides just the right amount of compression targeted where the three ligaments insert on the outer ankle most vulnerable to rolls and ankle sprains. They also stabilize the joints of the feet to provide pain relief and reduce inflammation.
